Killer of Jumia Agent in Port Harcourt to Die by hanging - Court


After about three years of litigation, a High Court sitting in Port Harcourt had sentenced Sodeinye Mbatumukeke to death for murdering a Jumia delivery agent.

The court however acquited the second defendant, Divine Naabe for failure of the prosecution team to provide sufficient evidence to indict him.

The Court ruled that Mbatumukeke would be killed by hanging.
